in 1990, we are a Human Resource Consultancy based in
Central London providing ongoing Human Resource and Coaching
services to a wide range of businesses and organisations.
We have worked with plcs, international banks and insurance
companies; major charities; professional practices and
a range of smaller growing businesses such as design consultancies.

Approach
King
Associates can work with your
Human Resources/Personnel Department or, if you do not
have an in-house specialist, can provide practical input,
when you need it - without the need for a fixed overhead
on your payroll. Another useful function we provide is
to give a practical and unbiased second opinion on difficult
Personnel issues. Alternatively, acting as a sounding
board/additional advisory resource for your HR representative,
particularly where senior level experience may not be
available in-house. Although accustomed to operating at
HR/Personnel Director level, meticulous attention to detail
is a hallmark of all we do, however simple the task at
hand.

to meet clients' needs which may extend beyond the realms
of HR services.
