Recruitment
is not our mainline business activity, however years of
experience in HR could not have been achieved without
recruitment activities featuring in our portfolio of skills.
In management consultancy and interim management roles,
we have been involved in the recruitment of HR Managers
for clients, together with other senior level appointments
including public sector type recruitment panels.
In
corporate life prior to establishing King
Associates, over the years, Gill
King was responsible for recruiting at all levels within
an organisation from clerical staff through to Directors,
with IT recruitment being a speciality.
If
you need to supplement your internal resources to deal
with a specific recruitment exercise, we can offer a range
of support services from drafting advertisements; writing
job descriptions and person specifications; preparing
tests or in-tray exercises, through to participating in
the interview process either at the screening stage or
for final interviews including liaising with candidates.
Time spent would be charged at normal consultancy rates
and not as a fixed percentage of starting salary which
is the industry norm.
In
addition to assisting clients with their in-house recruitment,
we have access to a number of specialist search consultants
who would be able to satisfy your recruitment needs. Similarly
psychometric tests for candidates can be arranged with
qualified practitioners if required.
