Definition of Networking
“Networking
is the concept, technique and process of developing and
nurturing career contacts within your field in order to
pursue your career objectives or to help others do the
same thing!”
The
word ‘networking’ appears more and more in
business life and is now recognised as a specific business
skill. It is included in guidelines for Continuing Professional
Development and it is regularly cited in published training
programmes, often in conjunction with pre or post seminar

Corporate
Training Sessions
Given
the growing importance of networking, in addition to speaking
to professional groups,
King Associates now offers Networking
Seminars as a corporate programme. It will
be of particular relevance to junior managers, supervisors
and graduate trainees as part of their personal development
programmes. Sessions are highly participative and can
cater for groups of twenty or more at a time. Lasting
up to half a day, they can either be run as a stand alone
seminar for groups or as a module within a wider skills
or team building programme. Fees
will be quoted according to your requirements.
